About this Group:

The trick is nutrition...I like to experiment with nutrient dense low calorie meals that are satisfying. I would like to share ideas for foods and meals that are delicious, super low-cal and as nutrient dense as possible. I want to be a healthy weight, but also BE healthy. After just a week with this I have lost a couple of pounds, but the main thing I have noticed is that I have so much more energy and my disposition has also improved. I'm not feeling too hungry between meals and coming up with new recipes has really been kind of fun. It would really be nice to have people to bounce ideas off of, share new food finds and give support when high calorie low nutrition foods come calling! Who's with me?

Yes there is a book with that title. I'm currently going through The 100 Calorie Diet and Food Counter book along with it's companion Food Journal. They have quite a few books on amazon.com too ...
