Totally sick of being over weight. I'm a cna and was wondering if any of what I do would count for exercise? I'm on my feet for almost a full 8 hours and we do do some heavy lifting those residents aren't light! Lol.

I would certainly say that counts as exercise, the only problem is that when your body does something often, like whatever activities someone does daily at work, it plateaus and becomes used to that activity. This is why people often loss weight at the start of new work out regimens but then stop losing after awhile. So, I would recommend, if you have time, trying to get out everyday and do something you don't normally do to get exercise.
