Spike day every two weeks
Thanks! I think you're right coz I did the 2 weeks thing for dec and i actually gained a pound ICK! SO back to one-week spike!

Gosh, I feel ya! I'm scared to have my spike day because of that reason. I'm afraid I won't be able to cut back down on food the very next day :(
