About this Group:
This group is for those who are on the SimpleFit bodyweight fitness program. This is a great program for total novices as well as conditioned athletes. Push ups, pull ups, and squats are only the beginning. SimpleFit has rigorous training schedules for even the most battle hardened fitness fanatics (including Tabata!).
