About this Group:

This group is for all mental health field workers, such as Social Workers, Therapists, Counselors, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, Nurses, or any other staff that may work in mental health. The mental health field can be stressful and overwhelming. Often we tend to look to de-stress in many unhealthy ways, such as food or other "ok" addictions. Everyday we support others, here we can support ourselves and healthy living.
