First real MA class in a year. I've been doing this on-and-off juice fast thing for a while now, and it's been helping to produce a general downward trend in my weight, although nothing really impressive (because there's only so much not-eating I care to do).
Last night I went back to class (Shotokan karate) after about a year. It's good to a) wear a white belt again, and b) go home exhausted and know I'm actually burning calories for once.
