About this Group:

With Diabetes in children and obesity rising feeding your kids the right stuff is more important then ever and can be very challenging if you life a on the go lifestyle or have long work hours. As a mom of 5 and the mother of a gymnast I know how hard it is to eat healthy when you live in your car! Between practices, games, homework, and God forbid fun (lol) it can be hard, and expensive to give your children (AND YOURSELF) the nutrition and fuel your body deserves and NEEDS! This is a group where busy and single Moms can share advice, tips and seek help and comfort for problems we ALL encounter!
