About this Group:
this group will show support for teens and young adults and adults that want to lose ten to twenty-five pounds in the 3 months that there are for summer. This will not be a crazy plan that makes you work out 15 hours a day. But something that will be made more gradual so that the busy working mom can fit in a good workout and the student that wants to hang out with friends can squeze in a quick 30 minute through 1 hour workout in a day.
