Healthy Menu Plan Ideas and Favorite Recipes
About this Group:
A place to share healthy menu and recipe ideas. Share yours! So often I am trying to think of something different to fix for a meal. My favorite menus are mostly something I grew up with or from ideas shared by friends.
Planning both meals and snacks ahead of time is a very effective way to stay with a diet plan, no matter what type of plan you are following. It makes it easy to keep the right foods on hand so meals are a snap and helps avoid the temptation to grab the wrong foods when it is time to snack.
I have set up some sticky threads for breakfast, lunch, supper and snacks. Add your favorites or surf for new ideas! There is another sticky thread for your best recipe ideas and one for recipe requests. Feel free to start new threads with other ideas for a great group.
