Heey all,
I am on the HCG diet for 1 week now, and eating salads like crazy. My calorie count is almost everyday a perfect 500 however i find it so less. Its not that I'm hungry i just have gravings, anyone has the same problem??
However i lost around 4 kg this week what is of course a very good result!!

Getting so annoyed with myself, not losing at this moment! Am at a stand still!!! I guess my crisis week is coming, as they always say you are holing fluids in these days. Anyone has experience with that???
Last night i also couldn't hold myself and ate like 4 chocolate chip cookies grr.... I hate myself for it! Okay so for today stricked to the 500 kcal again and only salads and water.....what a life I have!!

I read somewhere that when you plateau, do a steak day which is steak twice a day and 2 apples. Plan that accordingly. Or do a day of only 6 apples. I know how you feel about the cookies. I cheated also a few times when I was on it. I craved popcorn, so I had it. The key is to not overdue it or allow it to happen too many times. Just continue where you left off! Good luck.

Apple days and steak days work well to jump start you back into losing mode. Are you eating enough protein? According to the diet protocol, you should be having 3.5 ounces of lean meat twice a day, along with your vegetable choice. They say you should not mix vegetables or have vegetables or fruits that are not on the list of acceptable foods. You can try increasing the protein amount by .5 ounce which can help with curbing hunger. Drink lots of fluids and experiment with drinks. My friend steeps 5 tea bags of fruit flavoured teas in a juice jug then cools it. She pours over ice and uses stevia to sweeten and this is very satisfying and acceptable and helps with the sweet cravings. I also used cold coffee with ice cubes and stevia drops to make a chocolate iced coffee! Most importantly, don't hate yourself - we all are human and making the step to lose weight is definitely the part that counts the most!

First thanks for replying on my earlier messages. What is this thing you add to make things sweeter or taste like chocolate??? Not sure if we have it in Holland as well haha, but will definitely look for it.
What i did so far, i bought different vinegars so that is very low in kcal and makes my salads taste completely different what i love.
I have twice a day a meet or fish or veal so protein should be fine, however I ate bad fish the other day so having some problems with that.
But today as my topic reads; Another sunday!!! I hate does sundays were everyone eats everything they want, go out for lunch and have cookies and sandwiches and everything mmm.... well just a couple more months and i can have a small sandwich again looking forward already haha is that bad?
