My birthday is on Jan. 23 which is only a couple weeks away. I hope to weight a minimum of 2 - 3 lbs. less by then.  Taking It One Day At A Time

My birthday is Jan 28th and i have a goal of being down 5 pounds by then. I have a thyroid issue and I exercise 6 days a week and am on a controlled calorie diet just need people to support. I lost 2 pounds over Christmas and New Years so just need to follow my diet a little better.

My birthday is January 25. I hope to find myself less stressed by that date and at least 3 pounds lighter. I am aiming for recording my eating again as well and possibly finding an excercise partner locally to help motivate me to get to the gym...gee can I think of any more?? LOL!

hey, my birthday is january 25th as well (:
that means it's in 11 days...i'd like to be down in the 120's by that time...even if it's 129...i see that being completely possible given the diet i'm on and my current weight loss.
honestly, as long as i lose anything i'm happy though. whether it be a tenth of a pound or a whole pound, as long as the scale goes down a little every day i keep motivated.

I started recently, and would like to lose 32 pounds (and maybe a bit more to give myself some "wiggle room"  by my next birthday, January 24, 2010, when I will turn 40! It is the gift I want to give myself for the rest of my life.

My husband used to say he had more sense than to be born in the coldest month of the year.
I used to say at least I had more sense than to be born in the hottest month of the year, July.
This Winter baby plans to lose 42 pounds by JANUARY 20, 2010
