LOSE 23 LBS BY AUG 6TH MY BIRTHDAY
I have been trying to lose weight for what seems like forever:!: Turning 35 this year and would love to get to 130 and hopefully be able to keep the weight off. Here we go hopefully I can do it this time.

December Birthdays
My birthday is the 31st and my goal is to lose at least 33 pounds by my 33rd birthday! That would put me at almost under 200lbs for the first time since 2007. Good luck to all my fellow Capricorns!
