I looked around FatSecret for diets made for the BodyBuilding lifestyle and found only two, one that had almost no description and one that was tuned to a specific persons energy needs, so I made one and filled in all the information and tips I've accumulated in my 4-5 years of training and reading various forums and websites.
I'm not entirely sure how the public diets on FatSecret works, but I think that by making it public I've allowed the rest of you to edit it too, so please add to it:

Just keep in mind that I've tried to maintain a balance between detail and simplicity as to make it easy to follow but still effective when coupled with a decent training program.
