Hi all,
I have started the Fat Smash Phase 1 (9 day detox). i will complete this on the 3rd of September.
From the 4th of September I plan to do the 3 weeks of Extreme Fat Smash Diet. What I need to know is, I would like to know where I can find a copy of the EFS in the form of an ebook or online reference?
I tried to buy it from Amazon OR barnesandnobles, however none of these websites cater to my current country of residence (UAE) and I really need to get the Extreme Fat Smash book or alteast know exact what I am to eat when for those 3 weeks...
Can someone help me please with some reference?
