Hey momma, thats pretty much everyone here. Motivation seems to be the big ouch when it comes to sticking to a diet. I love this site for that reason. Its gonna seem super hard at first especially if your like me and love to eat everything in sight, but you can do it, this week enjoy whatever it is you crave the most and be sure to stock up on lots of fruits you love and veggies, the yogurt is like the best part of keeping the bad sweets away. Time will fly by, i'm sure your baby will keep you very occupied so you won't have time to think about it so much. Be creative w/ everything you eat. If it tastes good you won't even realize your on a diet.
