Okay, I am seeing a pattern here. It seems every time I eat 1900-2000 calories, I see a loss either the next day or the day after. I try to keep my calories between 1500-1800, but some days I am not hungry and they are too low. Other days I am starving and eat over. But it seems that over 1800 causes a loss. Has anyone else noticed this? Is this even possible? I am somewhat baffled. LOL

Yeah, when your body's not getting enough calories, it goes into "starvation mode" and tries to create and store fat to maintain your organs. If you have enough calories, it goes about its normal processing. Smile It's like when you don't have enough money, you try to hold onto whatever you have but when you have more money you spend it a bit more freely.
