About this Group:
I keep joining groups and not getting much out of them. This is my attempt at trying to create the kind of group I was looking for. If I get a membership I'll try to keep it up, but the intention is daily or at least weekly diet tips. Note that I'm not in the medical field, it'll just be things I've come up with that have worked for me or stuff I have found on the internet. You may disagree with some of my posts, that's ok -take what works for you and leave the rest.
