I have been reading everyones post. I have been having a hard time staying away from the foods that are not good for me. I have also been having problems with my gall bladder Dr seems to think it may be in part to my low carb diet. He states that it is hard to get enough fiber and maintain the good enzymes required for the digestive system to work. I am now doing more with counting calories and watching fat intake. I do still watch the amount of starchy carbs like bread and pasta. Oh well eating plans vary by each individual, I'm still trying to get the right combination.
