Which meal is your food meal?
I have been on it for 30 days and I make shakes for breakfast and at lunch time. at supper time I keep my meats to being at 4 ounces and try eating veggies and limit my intake of breads and potato's. ...

It DOES get better
I am now on day 6 of my challenge and I am finding that getting hungry between shakes is getting so much better, and I sometimes am having to remind myself to eat. And the shake recipes are amazing.
