About this Group:

My friend and I have both been diagnosed with Bi Polar Disorder and we are both in need of losing some weight. Would love to have a support group to help us both and anyone else that needs added support to losing weight while dealing with depression, anxiety or Bi Polar. We will be here to give you that moral support to follow through with your goals.
