Hi Julie im back been away a while need to lose the weight again!Im 51 and aiming to lose 14 kgs.My best idea is stick with the food diary thats what helps me.

:) Well its been a while and really as soon as i stopped regulary attending this site my weight piled back on.So im back with more determination.I just love food and alcohol too much.
