I love this dip!I dip celery sticks in it to make a tasty low carb snack that has protein, fat, and a veggie!
1 large can of canned chicken(drained)
hot sauce(I favor Frank's Redhot)
1 tbs ranch dressing(you can omit this, it just cuts the heat a little)
2 packages cream cheese
Put chicken in a medium microwave safe mixing bowl
Shred chicken chunks with a fork
Add enough hot sauce to moisten the chicken(the soupier it is, the hotter it will be)
Add ranch dressing if desired
Cut cream cheese into chunks and add to the mixture
Microwave on high for 2 minutes, mix, microwave 2 minutes or until cream cheese is soft enough to be thoroughly mixed
This is great warm or cold. Eaten alone or as a dip. This is also a quick appetizer for guests or to take to parties. You can add tortilla chips for non low-carbers. I have never had leftovers when making this for others.
