Wow! Lizzett, that is great. I just joined FatSecret today and I went out to Professor Jay's website and got the 9th Law Diet today. I was wondering if you are still on the diet. How easy is it to stay on it for a long time. Is it doable? I'd love to hear how you are doing.

That is amazing! I am hoping to be there soon. I finished my first 9 days yesterday and already lost 6.6 pounds and I feel great!

I have a question, I have it scheduled to start tomorrow, I wanted to know if you guys got the CDs? if that helped? I only downloaded the book, I'm very excited
