I did really good from August of last year to around April of this year. Went to the gym 3 to 4 days a week, hired a personal trainer 1 day a week. Great for accountability. I lost 35# and around 30 inches, went from a 26 to a 20. Then, went to Disneyworld in April.Got a really bad case of Vertigo from Mission Space orange. Couldn't do anything. That lapsed into a pulled nerve in my hip, and so on, etc. Today, I head back to the gym to get back into routine. Want to lose another 35# by next April vacation. Its tough to get back into the routine.
Today is the day I put myself first. I may lose time with my family by going to the gym 1hour a day, but will gain years back with them by being healthy.
