Hi My name is Reesie, I'm new to this group, and I've been on Adkins since march 24th of this year. I'd like to start by saying its nice to see a group of people trying to do the same thing and the same time. I look forward to communicating dieting tips and health tips as well. I have 57 lbs to loose and its getting a little tuff exercising every day.

Looks like your making progress. Keep up the good work! I just started induction with Atkins last week...down 6. I too find it hard to fit in exercise so I'm trying to make other activities into exercise (like gardening..raking, digging etc).

I am new to this group, 48, single, in menopause. I am also doing Atkins. I have fibromyalgia and am not active so my metabolism is at a snails pace. I need to exercise but cant seem to motivate myself. ~ Ali

What I've done as a motivational tool is sometimes I put on my ipod and the music gets me going. I'm on my way to my treadmill. LOL have a great day.
