I wish that i could log everything that i eat on FS. Ask yourself, " are you comfortable about logging everything or being on fat secret to mcuh?" I find FS being obessive, which is good for me because i know there are others out there challenging the same thing as i am. Eating to stay healthy or what ever the person seeks out on here.
If you feel obbessed about logging to much on FS, do like i do and write down what you eat and logg it in once a day. Please note: I don't use FS for logging in food as i use another device, but maybe this is what works for you. Remember this is your journey and don't let others or this website encourage you to quit. This is only my personal opinion and i think your doing a great job and don't give up.
