I'm starting again today as well, need to lose 10kg (that's around 22lbs)

Hi. Me too. 37 and trying to get down to a weight where the BMI chart would consider me "normal" instead of "overweight". I lost about 10 lbs last summer with a group at work. Gained half of that back over the winter. Now trying to hold myself accountable and do this again, but this time I don't have the group at work. As annoying as this is, keeping a food and exercise diary on this site really helped me. It helped me remember to do some kind of exercise each day and keep the food reasonable. Also, during warm weather I found biking to work a great way to fit exercise into a pretty tight schedule. One way, it takes 30 min to bike vs. 15 min to drive. So for an extra 30 min a day, I get an hour of exercise. Time efficient!
