So I'm 22 and I am 280lbs Sad its time to change! I'm eating healthier and working out a hr a day at the gym as well as a half he at home. I really hope I can stick to
It I need a life change!! Any tips from anyone?!

Here's my tip, don't overtrain. I know you want to go really hard at first and that's good. You have motivation, but if you do too much at once you're going to get tired of it and quit. Keep at it and work your way up.
