I am new to this group, I always exercise twice in a week with a rowing machine I always lasts 30mins on a rowing machine.I want to know if rowing is a good exercise for me to lose weight fast and is exercising twice in a week good enough?. Thanks

I think that depends on your diet as well. Are you following a calorie plan? If you are counting calories to lose weight, you will still need to burn more than you are consuming. 1 lb = 3500 calories so if you decrease your intake by 500 cal a day you should see a 1 lb weightloss a week but this can vary depending on your diet and exercise plan.

I would add some weight training in there (muscle burns more fat) as well with your cardio and I'm sure you'll see results. Then you can re-evaluate based on your success if you need to add more time. Definitely increase your time and difficulty level once you are feeling like you are getting stronger. Good luck!
