Hi. Was just popping in to say hey and share about me. I'm 20 and 6' and 282 lbs hoping to get to 250 by the end of May. I was in the 280s my senior year in high school and when I graduated I just went up from there because I was no longer playing sports or working out. I started trying to lose weight back in the fall of 2011 when I decided I had enough of weighing in the 300s (I was sitting at 310). Through the fall I was able to get down in the 290s but just stayed there and fluctuated from the lower 290s up to 300. In January I got my membership at a local gym that I had worked out at before and I had been hitting it hard and was doing some cardio (mostly walking or walking at an incline) and trying to eat better. As May is getting closer I have started hitting it even harder and doing lots more cardio (running and walking 2+ miles) and have started eating alot better. I have even started a new diet that I have on the challenge page (http://fatsecret.com/challenges/6-week-syntha-6-challenge/Home.aspx) it has helped me lose almost at 10 pounds in a week and a half. I was fluctuating between 289 and 293 and now I am at 282. Hoping to see more results by the end of May.
