I woke up this morning a bit sore from all of the exercise I did yesterday but I woke up... put a smile on my face and though of 3 things I am grateful of and smiled. It made me want to get up... weigh myself... do my measurements and get ready to go out for my morning run.. do one of the 3 workouts i will be doing today and make some well deserved Delicious breakfast. Life if good and so am I
