About this Group:

There is no real guidelines. Just a place to come and get support from others with a large amount of weight to lose. Keep each other fouced and on track. Encourage one another when you feel like you can't do this, and just need a little help getting/staying motivated. You can start little challenges with the group, and just have a fun time while getting the support you may need from tohers just like you.
