Breakfast: Cream (Half & Half), dunkin donuts multi grain bagel, coffee, fat free half and half. Lunch: baby carrots, organic, cucumber seedless, avocado small, goji, Apples, banana.
Breakfast: gluten free bread, Dried Pumpkin and Squash Seed Kernels, pomegranate juice, oats, goji berries, morning thunder tea, fresh squeezed orange juice. Lunch: lemon juice, cabbage, carrot grated, parsley, quinoa, Olive Oil. Dinner: portabella, collard greens, sunflower seeds. Snacks/Other: aloe, pomegranate juice pom, orange juice.
Breakfast: vanilla soy milk, banana, Ezekiel 4:9 Bread, apricot spreadable fruit. Lunch: Whole Wheat Pita, orange, Hummus , Salad, no dressing. Dinner: mango, rice, steamed vegetable.
Breakfast: orange, vanilla soy milk, Oatmeal (Multigrain, Instant). Lunch: tomato sauce no salt, rice, banana. Dinner: salmon, white balsamic vinegarette, cucumber, Parmesan Cheese (Low Sodium) , Green & Crisp Lettuce with Iceberg and Romaine, Grape Tomatoes.
Breakfast: Bran Flakes (Ralphs), vanilla soy milk, cranberry. Lunch: tomato sauce no salt, orange, rice. Dinner: rice, steamed vegetable, plum.
Breakfast: Ezekiel 4:9 Bread, yogurt, apricot spreadable fruit. Lunch: tomato sauce no salt, plum, rice. Dinner: mango, rice, tomato sauce no salt.
Breakfast: banana, orange, Thomas' Hearty Grain English Muffin. Lunch: V-8, water, Oat bread. Dinner: spaghetti Squash, sweet potato, baked apple, water, tea, cooked barley.
Breakfast: banana, 1/2 cup coffee, Rice'n Shine, V8 V-Fusion. Lunch: tomato 2 slices, pita, Whole grain crackers, sour cream, garlic, cucumber, romaine lettuce, chicken. Dinner: pita, 1/4 C beets, Lettuce, salad with avocado, tomato, and/or carrots, with or without other vegetables, no dressing, sour cream, chicken, Suzi's Thin Cakes, Blue Bunny, lemon, water.
Breakfast: 1/2 cup coffee, Rice'n Shine, V8 V-Fusion, banana.
Lunch: water, Vegetable soup, Old London. Dinner: Kentucky Fried Chicken breast, cole slaw, cola. Snacks/Other: Blue Bunny Sweet Freedom, suzie's .
