About / History

The Zone diet was created by Dr Barry Sears in the early 1990s and he has published a series of books starting with Enter The Zone (1995), and the more recent The Anti Inflammation Zone (2005).

There are a number of Zone friendly foods and supplements now available, as well as a Zone Cafe restaurant chain, and various Zone Diet meal delivery options throughout the US.
