Harley Pasternak is one of America's most well known diet and fitness experts. He has worked with the likes of Halle Berry, Alicia Keys, Kanye West and Mandy Moore. In 2005 he wrote 5-Factor Fitness, a 5-week program for a better body and healthier lifestyle. There are recipes in the 5-Factor Diet book, and an online program (available for a fee).
