 Summary:

eat between 1100-1500 calories a day Low fat and low calorie foods Don't be scared to eat bread, make it wheat, or keep it to minimum. Cut out soda completly (Diet soda is okay every now and then) Drink lots of water, and skim milk.Low fat yogurt is also very good for this diet. Plan your meals and snacks a day ahead. keep a noot book to write down your meals & calories. It helps you keep track, and know exactly how much you can eat. On week days eat lean gourmet frozen dinners for dinner. The best part of all is on the weekends you can eat whatever you want, go ahead eat that big hunking peice of chocolate cake you've been craving all week!

Stay on thios diet until you've met your goal weight. after that just try to keep a haelthy eating habit, dont go all out and try to keep exercise a life time habit. you go back to your old habits you'll end up in the same position Im in now.

khamilton's top tips

1.eat what you want in small portions If you get hungry through out the day, spread your calories out eat 5 meals instead of 3
2.No fast food or regular soda (diet is okay)Salads at fast food joints are high in calories Subway is okay just a six in. sub, no chips or double meat/cheese
3.you can eat out on the weekends, just dont over do it!
4.Stay in your calorie range, or you wont lose much weight
5.to firm your body & lose weight faster exercise Buy a exercise dvd, thats what i did and I've lost 3lbs in the past 1 1/2 weeks with out even dieting! It helps!
6.drink lots of water & eat low fat yogurt try wheat bread instead of white A vanilla ice cream cone is healthier for you than white bread

About / History

My stepmom actually got me on this diet 2 years ago and I lost 25lbs in five months, I just quit doing it and gained my weight back after I got a license and was able to eat fast food whenever I wanted. I even did it with out hardly any exercise!
