About / History

TONI VOGT created this diet, NOT ME! Prism is an actual program/business created by an actual company. I was introduced to Prism in 2004. At that time I was in it for the 24 week duration, but my goal was to loose 20 pounds and I did it in 6 weeks! I recently had a baby, and cannot shake the last 10. I know it will work, so I am doing it again. It really is a lifestyle.
