1.the fire water is a nice treat, satisfies like a meal!
2.walk for 5 mins after each meal to keep the food moving though your system
3.alcohol and sweets are ok, in moderation. limit to 2 drinks a day, and subtract 100 cals for each (200 total) from the rest of what you eat

About / History

this overview of the diet isn't very helpful without the book. i recommend picking up a copy, there is a ton of useful info in it about MUFAs and just want your body does with what you put into it.
