This is a description of my diet. It was intended for me to reach a ketogenic state, and should only be followed until your goal is reached. It follows the Atkins style, and will allow the user to reach their goal weight provided they watch their calorie intake

Breads, Grains, Cereals, Pasta, Rice
Meat and Fish
Fruit and Fruit Juices
Vegetables and Legumes (e.g. Beans)
Dairy Products - Milk, Cheese, etc
Eggs and Egg Substitutes
Nuts and Seeds
Fats and Oils
Herbs, Spices, Sauces
Beverages
Others, Snacks, Sweets, etc

 How To Follow ashl3a's own diet:

50% of your plate should be protein (doesn't have to be lean, the fat will keep your tummy full for longer!)
25% of your plate should be slow burning carbs
25% of your plate should be low starch vegetables
Little to no alcohol should be consumed during this period, unless it is very low-carb. Check online for low-carb drink options.
There will be little to no bread eaten during this diet as it spikes blood glucose and promotes weight gain.

Dieters should eat once every 3 hours to avoid going hungry.
