How To Follow Eat to Live Diet:
Eat a lot of vegetables/fruits and very little meat.
Exercise a mininum 30 minutes a day.
If a carbohydrate portion is larger than your fist, than it is too big.

Eat very little meat and as many vegetables/fruits as you need to fill full.
2.
Keep carbohydates at any meal no larger than your fist. e.g. A serving of whole-wheat pasta should be no larger than your fist.
3.
Exercise 30 minutes a day.
