Eat healthy lose weight!


 Summary:

My diet is simple. Exercise is key! I consume less than 1000 calories a day and burn off at least 2000. It is recommended that you consume at least 64 ounces of water per day. That's a half gallon! I drink at least that amount, sometimes more. Remember, water cleanses the body of toxins.

1.There is no such thing as a "bad' food. Everything is ok in moderation.
2.Exercise is key to any successful lifestyle. You must work off more calories than you consume to achieve weight loss.
3.Water! Water! Water! Drink at least 8, 8oz glasses of water per day. That's 64oz total... a whole half gallon. Water cleanses the body of toxins and promotes good health.
4.Coffee, tea and sodas are not advised. Only water and 100% juice.
