It's Not a Diet! It's a Lifestyle!

 Summary:

I don’t like to consider this a diet. It’s more of a change of lifestyle. This is not a “Get Thin Fast!” sort of diet. Those are a bunch of bologna. If getting thin was fast and easy, everyone would be perfect looking. This is more of a guide to choosing the correct foods from all of your food groups. You’d be surprised how much of a difference a few SMALL changes will make. All you have to do is believe in doing good things for yourself. It’s not ever easy but it’s totally worth it in the end.

Kate2Hate's top tips

1.I believe it's all about your mind set. If you think of this as being another miserable diet...well then it's going to feel exactly like that. Miserable. Think of this as a lifestyle change. You have decided to do something great for yourself that will have long term results. Think of the bigger picture.
2.Do not rely on a diet or exercise buddy. You need to be able to motivate yourself for those moments when you are all alone and your self conscious wants to play evil little tricks on you. You can always lie to your "buddy" but you can't lie to yourself.
3.Don't expect immediate results. Unless you are doing something radical and unhealthy, your weight loss should be gradual and permanent as long as you continue to stick to your new goals.
