joycehend's top tips

.Strict vegitarian, no beef, pork, chicken, dairy, artificial sweeteners (stevia is Ok), or white sugar, only organic no sulfate wine.
.Mainly fruits, vegitables, beans, whole grains. Also includes a list of accetable packaged products.
.Diet believes that we are fat and sick because of all the chemicals, hormones and antibiotics in beef, pork, chicken, dairy as well as the poisons in sugar and soft drinks.
.Encourages healty eating first and breaking bad habits slowly. Book is very interesting to read and will change the way you look at food. Cookbook has just been released.
.Not really a rapid weight loss diet, so title is misleading. More of a healthy lifestyle change diet.
.Contains list of packaged foods that are OK by brand name. The authors do not promote their own brands.
