About / History

I've "dieted" all of my life and still am overweight. Had stomach stapling, gained it all back. This time I am putting my Christian beliefs to work and thinking of my body as something "borrowed" from God while I'm here, and I need to take better care of it because it doesn't belong to me. So far, I've lost 20 lbs since July 15, 2013 (2 1/2 months)
