How To Follow Low Calorie LCHF Diet:

It is advised that you take a multivitamin each day, and separate your calories into meals as it suits you. This could either be one huge meal (like the Warrior Diet), or 2 large meals, or 3 medium-sized meals, 4 small meals, or even just 5 small snacks.

About / History

The purpose for me personally is to help me avoid gluten, and also maintain my blood sugar level by preventing blood sugar spikes from the carbs. I'm also hoping to get into ketosis. Ketogenic/low carb diets have good results, so I am pairing it with very low calories to get the best results possible.
