6 teaspoons oils max daily,
2300mg sodium intake daily,
7 ounces grains daily (3.5 ounces whole grains and 3.5 ounces refried grains daily),
3 cups vegetables daily (2 cups dark green weekly, 6 cups red and orange weekly, 2 cups beans and peas weekly, 6 cups starchy weekly, 5 cups other weekly),
2 cups fruits weekly (choose whole or cut up fruits more than fruit juice),
3 cups dairy (fat free or low fat is better),
