Healthy Eating Life Plan

 Summary:

Healthy Eating Life Plan is a group. A group of people who work together to achieve a common goal - weight loss. By following this "diet," - I don't like to use this term - you should see significant results in your weight, and along with that your self-confidence. Our goal is to be healthy for life, and learn how to eat right. We don't want to lose huge amounts of weight at one time, but gradually bring it off and do it the healthy way - with good nutrition and exercise.

About / History

Hi, my name is Rachael, and I started this "diet" after many failed attempts at losing weight. I tried Nutrisystem, I tried Jenny Craig... Nothing worked. So I basically decided to forget about all of these diets, and just do what was best for me. The only thing was that I needed help. So, that's why I posted it here. I want to share my healthy eating plan here, to support and be supported. Happy eating!
