How To Follow Carb Cycling:
Listen to your body. Eat smaller portions but only if you a really hungry. Don't force yourself to eat a full meal. Nibble from the plate and then put it back in the fridge for later or for lunch tomorrow!

Determined to learn how to eat healthy and still be satisfied. I'm neurotic, somewhat introverted but loyal. Procrastinating, but when I finally do it, like to do it right. Too serious and need to laugh more.

lmkb's top tips
1.
Eat small portions. Don't eat when you are not really hungry.
2.
Drink lots of water and limit caffeine. Avoid high sugar sodas and juices. I eat sugar free jello with blueberries and sugar free chocolate pudding on days I NEED chocolate.
3.
Exercise. "Move it or lose it" is my motto. The benefits can be felt immediately.
4.
Don't watch TV or read while eating. Pay attention to your food and enjoy it. If you are distracted by other things you won't even remember eating!
5.
Try to get the proper amount of rest. I don't know about others but when I don't, I'm too tired to resist temptation and I usually pig out!
6.
Have a LONG TERM GOAL about being healthy. Mine is to be around to enjoy family and not in a wheelchair of hospital bed!
