 How To Follow AngelaTn's own diet:

Just eat reasonable stay away from alot of carbs I try not to get over 50 carbs a day. I stay away from sweets and white food. Eat meats and vegtables and fruit. It really is not hard to follow. Just dont over eat and eat healthy.

AngelaTn's top tips

1.Eat at least 3 meals a day and 3 snacks. Sometimes I dont get them all in
2.Eat lots of vegtables. I eat all meats but no bigger than the palm of my hand. I eat fruit and almonds are one of my main snacks
3.exercise is a must. I try and work out no less than 3 times a week. More is better but sometimes its hard with all that we have on us.
4.Drink lots of water. I use crystal lite and drink at least 5 8oz bottles a day sometimes more sometimes less
5.Eat small portions and exercise and stay away from carbs

About / History

I went to a nutritionist. If I would have listened to my husband he keep saying the same thing years ago. I started my new life change the 1st of August.
