Advocare 24 day challenge


 Summary:

I eat well balance meals, and use MEal Replacement shakes start my day. Need that Protein carb mix in the am. I use Spark to keep my energy and focus high.

Watch my carbs, eat lean protien and lots of fruits and veggies!
